...
Yesterday (saturday) a volunteer here in Malawi died at the hospital.
Her name was Anna, she was from Finland, but I only met her once.
The doctors couldn't help her, they think it was malaria but they are not sure.
May she rest in peace.

Some philosophy
I've just come to the realization that I never will find anyone who can truly understand all parts of me, that I will never find my "twin soul". I will never be able to find myself within another person.
Why? Because each and every person is unique, which means that no other person can fill my needs. No other person can give all the answers I want, or give me the peace I seek.
I've searched for someone to share my life with for a long time, someone who can be more special than all other people, but now I've realized that there is no person like that. Each and every person in my life can fill one part, but not more than that. I will never find the "true love", or rather I have already found out what true love is. True love is not perfect, but it is when somebody likes you the way you are and tries to give what he/she can give when you are in need, when somebody cares about you and listens to what you have to say. This is something you can get from a friend, family and of course also from a lover.
So, I've realized that I can't just live my life hoping I will find someone to make me happy, but I must live my life to make myself happy. It's much harder than it sounds, because it's much easier to put that responsibility on someone else... but it's the only true way.

Computer problems
I've had some problems with my computer recently, it doesn't want to start sometimes. It's nothing wrong with software, so I'm not worried about losing anything, but maybe I won't be able to have access to fast internet if the computer dies totally... Just so you know, if I just disappear from the internet.
A preschool shall be built!
Hello everybody!
Now I'm writing again, so you'll have some of the most important updates.
First I just want to say that I've uploaded my fifth movie on youtube now, this time from the city Blantyre.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=taA_lzaYCbk
Then about the preschool.
The preschool is named Chipembere, which means rhino, and right now the only have a building of grass. Together with the village people I have started the project of constructing a preschool building with them. I have discussed with the chairman of the preschool committee as well as the chief of the village and both of them are very hardworking people that really want to build this preschool.
The village will mold bricks, do the construction work, collect river sand and be the ones to really work hard, but they need support with the cement, the iron sheets for the roof, the doors and the locks. I have spoken with the people in Sweden that I trust the most and they will help me to collect money for these materials. The total cost (including transporting the materials to the preschool) will be around 160 000 kwacha, which roughly equals 8000 swedish cronas, 800 euro or 1200 dollars. I have made a very good plan together with the preschool, so there will be an opening of the building in the last week of august. This means that I will leave before the building is complete, but I am also working together with a japaneese DI (volunteer) called Miyu that will stay until november, so she will make sure that everything is finished.
I think that's all for now. I'm going to watch "Interview with the Vampire" together with some malawian teacher students soon, so it will be interesting to see what they think about the movie! (Especially since malawians are quite superstitious and many of them seriously believes in witches and so on...)

Another YouTube movie
I've uploaded my forth movie on youtube, there's a link to it below
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Um0d89YJNJ8
I have one more that I will upload someday soon.
What more to say? Today I showed some of the students at the Teacher Training College the last of the Lord of the Rings move, Return of the King, so now they have seen the whole triology. They really liked the movies, although they are very long, especially since I only have the extended versions... so four hours of movie today was very long even for me.
And yesterday I went to a wedding as well!

Funeral
Today I was at a funeral for the first time in Malawi.
One of the previous DI's fell in love with a malawian woman and married her. They got twins not so long ago and one of the twins died last week. The father, called HP, is in Denmark so he just got to know about what happened and couldn't be at the funeral, but we videotaped it and took pictures.
I attended the funeral today and it was really sad and many people were there. I don't really know what to write... but it was really another reality if you compare to Sweden. The coffin was so small with the little boy inside. His face was really peaceful and I'm sure that his soul went to a better place.
I also helped to cover the coffin with earth when we got to the graveyard, it's a tradition in Malawi that all the men help with it, even if it's just a little bit.
